Great Burnet (Sanguisorba officinalis), fam. Rosaceae.
A single location of this plant has been found in the forest approximately 1 km to the east from the main lake. The young shoots with pinnate leaves were quite notable among the surrounding greens, still small due to early spring. But later the plants were unfortunately lost, and their blooming has not been observed.
The infusions and decoctions from great burnet have antibacterial, astringent and strong blood-stopping effects. The plant has honey-bearing and fodder values.
