Annual Gypsophila (Psammophiliella muralis), fam. Caryophyllaceae.
Sometimes Psammophiliella genus is combined with Gypsophyla (Baby's breath). This plant is not showy, occurs in the forest on dry soils, along the roads. Blooms in summer, easily bearing hot weather. Some other species are so-called tumbleweeds (the shrubs tumbling across the steppes in the wind). Annual Gypsophila is widespread in the wild, but it can be also domesticated as a beautiful, dense ornamental species for garden bed borders.
The tea from dried herb is used for kidney diseases.
