Garden Cosmos (Cosmos bipinnatus), fam. Asteraceae.
   A lot of sorts with different colors bloom in the city during the second half of summer. The name of the plant is derived from a Greek word kosmeo – decoration. An annual plant, it is propagated from seeds.
