Mountain Parsley (Peucedanum oreoselinum), fam. Apiaceae.
A plant with spicy smell alike common parsley. The feature of its leaves are their articulated bending down: it may appear that the main stem of the composite leaf is finishing, branched into two – but after closer look its extension can be found, curved below the leaf, etc.
Mountain parsley is probably edible, at least in small quantities, as a spice. (From personal experience – consuming young leaves did not cause any negative effects.)
