   Green parts of rocketcress can be prepared as soups, purees, and side dishes. Young leaves and developing inflorescences of rocketcress are typically used in cooking, their taste being similar to mustard. Rocketcress should be consumed with caution, as it contains substances that may be toxic in large quantities.
