Corn Gromwell (Buglossoides arvensis)

   Corn Gromwell (Buglossoides arvensis), fam. Boraginaceae.
   Before, it was considered as a part of a genus Stoneseed (Lithospermum). Flowers in the early spring in wastelands, especially abundant around the railways for turning back of the metro trains at the Lisova station (see map).
   Used as a sedative and a contraceptive.
