Daisy (Bellis), fam. Asteraceae.
   Sometimes grown in garden beds. Similarly to related perennials – Dandelion and Coltsfoot – blooms early. The preparations from daisy have antiinflammatory, diuretic, choleretic, expectorant, and blood-stopping action. They are used for asthma and tuberculosis.
