Shepherd's purse (Capsella bursa-pastoris), fam. Brassicaceae.
A common weed in the city. A medicinal and edible plant, though, unfortunately, it usually grows in the places with bad ecology and contains bitterness. Shepherd's purse herb has analgetic, blood-stopping, reparative, diuretic, antivomiting, astringent, choleretic, spasmolytic, antimicrobial, and antiinflammatory properties.
